We have been constantly developing and modernising the technical background of our services. We have acquired state-of-the-art computer systems that enable us to carry out our professional and administrative tasks reliably, promptly and quickly. Data transfer and processing are carried out through our own URH system. We operate a separate transmission channel for the use of our security guards, thus enabling them to work safely and in the appropriate manner. This also guarantees the security of our customers’ property. We communicate using the most up-to-date Motorola URH radio devices.

Because we invest in know-how

Where we spend even more than on developing our technical background is in the professional education and training of our colleagues. We begin the selection of our security guards by carefully checking on their background, certificates and references. We choose our colleagues for higher positions in the company by also looking at the results of psychometric tests. We consider it to be very important to only work with colleagues whose professional knowledge and abilities make them fully able to carry out their responsibilities with the highest possible level of competence.

Because we have a history behind us

Since 1994, we have taken out a number of insurance policies, giving total coverage of HUF 225 million, to guarantee the dependability of our security services. Our company is very proud of the fact that we also hold “services” third-party liability insurance that covers all damage resulting from failure to properly fulfil a contract. We were only allowed to obtain this particular insurance policy after the issuer completed a thorough check on our technical and professional background. We are thus in the exclusive two percent of security service companies in Hungary that hold this type of insurance.

However, what we are most proud of and what we see as being of paramount importance is the fact that in the last decade not a single client of ours has filed an insurance compensation claim due to a fault in our work.
